About the Course

The Albanian Professional Construction Excellence in co-operation with FIDIC Academy invites interested professionals to participate in this 2-days international training course, which is one of the most acclaimed one of FIDIC training series – focusing on the practical aspects of management of Claims and Resolution of Disputes in the FIDIC Contracts.

This course provides a foundational introduction to the FIDIC Suite of Contracts, offering insight into their structure, application, and guiding principles. It is ideal for professionals who are new to FIDIC Contracts or who wish to formalise and broaden their understanding before progressing to more specialised training.

Participants will gain a solid understanding of FIDIC’s approach to risk allocation, roles and responsibilities of parties, and key contractual processes, mainly across the Red and Yellow Books. The course introduces essential contract administration practices and positions participants for further professional development through FIDIC’s advanced contract courses.
